NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
EEO ANTI-HARASSMENT TRAINING
In accordance with the Equal Employment Opportunities rules and regulations, effective November 2017, the BNAP provides anti-harassment training to all apprentices. This training is also provided to Apprentice supervisors, Job Supervisors, Journeyworkers, Instructors, and other employees regularly working alongside apprentices, including management and administrative personnel.

This training is offered consistently to ensure that all new apprentices, journeyworkers, and other personnel connected with the administration or operation of the apprenticeship program receives training.
Effective February 2021, EEO Anti-Harassment Training has been incorporated into our LMS Online Training. All apprentices are required to take the training annually as part of their online curriculum. Journeypersons and Instructors also have access to this training.
The BNAP adheres to the Equal Employment Opportunity Pledge, created by the department of Labor, which states:
The Boilermakers National Apprenticeship Program will not discriminate against apprenticeship applicants or apprentices based on RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, SEX (INCLUDING PREGNANCY AND GENDER IDENTITY), SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENETIC INFORMATION, OR BECAUSE THEY ARE AN INDIVIDUAL WITH A DISABILITY OR A PERSON 40 YEARS OLD OR OLDER. The Boilermakers National Apprenticeship Program will take affirmative action to provide equal opportunity in apprenticeship and will operate the apprenticeship program as required under Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations, part 30.
